We’re committed to making your shopping experience with You Monkey simple, fast and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery and returns.

Shipping Information

Shipping Rates

  • North Island: $10 per order
  • South Island: $15 per order
  • Australia: $25 per order
  • Free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $85

 

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible: 

  • New Zealand (non-rural): 2–4 business days
  • Australia: 5–8 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

 

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders are sent via tracked courier.
  • You will receive a track-and-trace link once your order has been dispatched.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

 

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please contact us at sales@youmonkey.co.nz

If your return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • A new shipping fee will apply if you would like a replacement item sent

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items

     

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in supplying high-quality products, however if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is faulty or damaged, or
  • You have received the wrong item

Email us at sales@youmonkey.co.nzwith details and photos (if possible).

If the issue cannot be resolved easily, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a suitable resolution.
